PRICES
Prices are subject to change at any time, but are correct at the time of posting. Any glitches, typos or errors are not required to be honoured. If an error is discovered at any time with regards to the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you at the earliest convenience, and give you the option to amend your order to the correct price, or cancel your order all together. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date. All prices are in pounds (£) and do not include postage unless stated otherwise.
PAYMENT
Paypal via goods is the method we recommend you make payment by, as this offers protection for your purchase. However we can offer bank transfer payments. Cash, Cheques or postal orders are NOT accepted. Payment must be made prior to your goods being made, unless stated otherwise. Any contract for purchases made must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
DELIVERY
All items are delivered at the minimum using Royal Mail signed for, we always obtain proof of postage.
Should your order not arrive, please contact #Honey Hole Pets Emporium Facebook or email, a full refund or replacement will be offered once a complaint has been completed with Royal Mail.
We ensure all items are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund. A refund will be issued once the item has been received back at “Honey Hole Pets Emporium"
All returns must be returned with ample protective packaging to ensure a safe return, a senders address, and must be sent via royal mail signed for, proof of postage must be obtained. A refund or replacement will only be issued once the item has been received by us in the condition the sender received it.
Under the consumer contract regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional. Please note this does NOT apply to anything that has been personalised as this cannot be sold on.
If you wish to return an item please notify in writing (page messages/email is fine) We will then process your return.
Please note there will be no returns on sale items.
Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.
RETURN POLICY
Custom Items: Custom made items are exempt from the consumer contract regulations, the only exception being is if they're faulty.
We endeavour to offer the best customer service possible, and if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as we aim to have very happy customers.
PHOTO UPLOADER
Could you please ensure you upload a high quality image to be printed onto slate or mugs etc, any this that is going to be sublimated any photos which are low resolution or low quality are the responsibility of the customers, and we will not be held responsible for poor printing / image services. We will not refund any low resolution orders as we are not held accountable for this aspect. All we do is simply upload the photo which is provided by yourself to be placed on Item in question.
DELIVERY
Any personalised items including names, dates and ages we cannot accept any returns as we are unable to sell on personalised items.
However, if you receive your item and it my faulty or wrongly personalised due to my mistake, I am prepared to offer alternative solutions/ replacements or I may ask you to kindly return to rectify. If you have received a faulty item please email me at Ridgway2310@aol.com

Parcels Must be in a resealable condition (unopened, un used and in its original packaging)
